We are excited to show the results of the initial construction phase at 1158 Baltimore Street. Contractor William Carroll of CDX Property, LLC has re-roofed the house and repaired eaves and rafter tails to match the original, thus beginning the stabilization process for this home. The house was donated to Restore Mobile about a year ago and we are very grateful to the donor for this generous contribution that allows us to increase affordable housing choices in Oakdale National Register Historic District.
